Returns & Refund Policy
At Glamour Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Non-personalized items: Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Personalized/Customized gifts: Due to the bespoke nature of our products (photo albums, engraved items, custom prints), these cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- Digital preview approval: Once you approve your customization preview and we proceed with production, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for non-personalized items of equal or lesser value.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
